Loved it, especially with the Tamers intro homage in the end. :)
ReplyDeleteI hope the intro is a sign of good things to come. The first season was a satisfying journey, and hopefully this one would be the same and if possible, better.

Taiki sounds a bit like Goku from dragonball, and is some sort of a mature senior to Taigiru and Yuu. Actually in the ep 55 preview, it was Taiki and Taigiru talking, not Yuu..
ReplyDeleteThe lyrics for Stand Up is very positive. I listened to the song over and over again, and I like the song. The series starts all over again, and some sort resembles the style of Digimon Savers.
I disagree with Reiji on the point that the show will be light in tone. I think it's a slow moving anime this time round, with a more threatening and serious tone than Xros Wars, but of course, there will be some jokes here and there.
I think the old man and clockmon are funny when they introduce the digimons at the end of the show.
I think the show is going to be like showing each digimon to be hunt for the next few or 10 episode, before the plot it thickens. There has got to be a reason why there is digimon hunting. Is it a preparation for a threat?
I agree with someone on YT saying that the hunters' digimon can some sort digixros with the digimons they hunt, but of course, the digixros is still mainly favouring towards the hunters' digimon rather than the digimons being hunt, unlike digixrosed like Shoutmon X 2,3,4,5,6,7, which you can see all the nakams' features more obviously.
I thought there won't be any digixros initially.
Btw, I have trouble posting recently. The post kept disappearing, but sometimes, I am able to do it...

ReplyDeleteI haven't seen the new episode yet, but it looks like this is going to be pretty radically different from the previous series - if the last part of the opening sequence can be taken for granted, there'll be dozens of Xros Loaders floating around by the end. Maybe it'll be like 02 where everyone gets a Digimon partner by the end, or Tamers where every child character had a partner at some point.
